Refund policy

Customers may return goods within 10 days of receiving their order, in exchange for a store credit.  Unless purchased on sale, all discounted sales are final and no returns. We do not issue cash refunds on returns. If you have chosen the wrong size or are not happy with the style we can issue you with a credit voucher to be spent on something else on the online store (replacement sizes are subject to stock availability).

The shipping fee will not be included on your credit voucher, the amount issued on the credit voucher will be the value of the garment less the shipping costs of R120.

Return shipping is at the cost and liability of the purchaser and the credit voucher will only be issued once the goods have been received in good order.

Credits are valid for one year as of day of issue.

Damaged Items:
In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect or damaged item, the issue must be brought to our attention via email info@augustlife.co.za within 24 hours of receipt of goods, accompanied by photo documentation to support a replacement claim. If the garment is confirmed defective, the defective garment must be returned to us in its original packaging and we will send a replacement. We will cover the cost of shipping for both shipments.

If you are not happy to receive a replacement for your damaged garment we will give you a full cash refund.

Refunds will only be issued once the damaged item is received.

The refund amount will include original purchase amount (garment + shipping) and cost of return shipping (please ensure this is marked clearly on the outside of the return package otherwise this will not be refunded).

Please ensure that all items returned are returned in their original packaging with their original swing ticketing still attached and that the garment is unworn and unwashed.

Credits are valid for one year as of day of issue.
